From the time I spent holding my Mother’s apron strings as a child, growing up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, everything I have done with my life centers around cooking and entertaining. My skills will be used to create lasting memories of your special occasion. Creative cuisine has been a lifetime passion of learning and presentation.

Each event we prepare for is different, unique and tailored to fit your request. The best part of planning an event is getting to know the customer, getting to know what your favorite tastes are, what you want your event to be, and how to use my skills to bring these ideas to life. From the simple beautiful dinner party, special birthday celebration, or an extended family, or corporate gathering with multiple events we want to make sure that every need is anticipated when you book my services, and that your expectations are exceeded.

Living and catering for the past 30 years in the Golden Isles of Georgia, my primary specialty is Southern Cuisine. Foods of the Low Country, Caribbean, Creole, Cajun and Southern B-B-Q are my focus. Past experience has given me expertise in Italian, Southwestern and American Heartland Styles of cooking that are sure to please any palate.

2000 Chef Nicholas Bell has held the role of Personal Gourmet Chef for the past three years during our company’s Master’s Golf Tournament Event in Augusta Ga. During this time I have worked closely with Chef Nick during the planning as well as the execution phase of our event. His role has included such tasks as menu planning, wine pairings, cooking and the overall execution of a 5 course Gourmet Dinner Service. Chef Nick is forward thinking in his menu offerings, while also taking into consideration our feedback regarding clients and guest food preparations and special needs. If you want everything to be done perfectly for your party, Chef Nick is the one. Ours was a Rehearsal Dinner for 80 at our rented house on St. Simon’s Island. The entire event was organized via the internet and a couple of phone calls….Everything done to the Queen’s taste…..Excellent choice of food. All details attended to personally by Chef Nick.
